企业成长是通过企业的竞争力来实现的。企业之间的交易关系是提高竞争力的最主要要素之一。东方管理理论的核心思想-"人为为人"提出了在处理企业之间的关系时要以长期协作的视角来考虑价格的作用。其理性的利他行为是按照自身的价值准则行事,不被外在力量所左右的思想在丰田汽车公司和零部件企业交易关系中得到了很好的体现。丰田汽车公司和零部件企业交易关系被称为"中间组织"。丰田汽车公司和零部件企业之间通过维持长期交易习惯并建立了技术调整、人员调整、资金调整以及定购价格和数量调整等机制,创造出丰田生产方式(TPS),提高了竞争力。
Growth of firm is realized by the competi- tiveness. The transaction relation of firm is one of the main elements to improve competitiveness. The core idea of oriental management theory -"considerateness-oriented" proposes that the relation of firm should be considered by the view of long-term firm. Its reasonable altruism reflected its own value standard. The thought that doesn't affected by external power was well reflected by the transaction relation between TOYOTA Motor Corporation and suppliers. The transaction relation between TOYOTA Motor Corporation and suppliers is identified as "middle organization". Two companies create TPS and improve competitiveness by maintaining the longterm transaction habit and formulate the regulations of skill, staff, financial and quantity adjustment and reserved price.
