干气密封端面气膜流场的三维模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用ANSYS分析软件对干气密封端面动、静环间的气膜层及螺旋槽内的流场进行了有限元分析。采用沿垂直厚度进行面分区划分单元,而后将面网格拉伸成体网格的方法,解决了气膜层流场三维流场的模拟计算,得到了气膜层整体及密封面槽区、台区、坝区流场的压力及速度分布。 Some finite element analyses were performed of the flow field of the gas film layer between the dynamic ring and the static ring at the end face of dry gas seals and the flow field in the spiral groove using ANSYS software.The unit partition was made at the surface along the vertical thickness,a method of stretching the surface reseau into body reseau was used to simulate and calculate the three dimensional flow field of the gas film layer,the distributions of the pressure and velocity of the flow fields of the whole gas film layer and the groove zone,platform zone,and dam zone of the seal surface were obtained.
