摘要
应用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对工业管道多道焊进行温度场和残余应力场的数值模拟,将两种焊接工艺得到的温度场和残余应力场进行比较。结果表明,焊间长时间冷却焊可以降低焊接时的温度,而短时间冷却焊则得到较小的残余应力。
A numerical simulation was conducted of the temperature fields and residual stress fields of the multipass weld of industrial pipes using ABAQUS software.The temperature fields and residual stress fields obtained from two weld technologies were compared,the result shows that a long time cooling weld in weld can lower weld temperature,and a short time cooling weld in weld can generate less residual stresses.
