地塞米松磷酸钠微球对大鼠急性肺损伤的干预作用

摘要 目的:研究地塞米松磷酸钠微球对大鼠急性肺损伤的干预作用。方法:用自制微球和地塞米松磷酸钠注射剂对内毒素所致的急性肺损伤进行干预,比较肺湿重/干重(W/D)、肺组织病理评分、NF-κb和TNF-α阳性表达率的变化。结果:注射后2h,微球干预组的肺W/D、肺组织病理评分、NF-κb和TNF-α阳性表达率均显著低于地塞米松磷酸钠干预组。结论:地塞米松磷酸钠微球有良好的肺靶向性,对急性肺损伤的疗效优于地塞米松磷酸钠注射剂。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the intervention in acute lung injury by the microspheres containing dexamethasone sodium phosphate. METHODS Using the self-made microspheres and dexamethasone sodium phosphate to interfere in acute lung injury,and comparing the changes of lung W/D ratio,lung tissue pathology score,expression of NF-kb and TNF-α. RESULTS 2 hours after injecting, lung W/D,lung tissue pathology score,expression of NF-kb and TNF-α of microsphere group is significantly lower than them of dexamethasone sodium phosphate group. CONCLUSION The microspheres containing dexamethasone sodium phosphate could target in lung well, and the curative effect to acute lung injury by using the microspheres is better than using dexamethasone sodium phosphate.
