不同促透剂对复方秋水仙碱凝胶经皮渗透作用的影响

Influence of different transdermal enhancers on the effect of percutaneous permeation of compound colchicine gels in vitro

目的:考察不同基质和促透剂对复方秋水仙碱凝胶经皮渗透作用的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体大白鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,分别配制含不同基质和不同促透剂的复方秋水仙碱凝胶,用高效液相色谱法测定秋水仙碱的经皮渗透量。结果:以卡波姆940为基质的凝胶效果最佳,几种促透剂对复方秋水仙碱凝胶透皮速率有明显作用,其促渗强度依次为月桂氮芯卓酮>薄荷脑>油酸,以5%月桂氮卓芯酮促透剂作用最强。结论:5%月桂氮卓芯酮为最佳促透剂。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of several transdermal enhancers on the permeation of compound colchicine gels. METHODS By using modified franz diffusion cell, and taking isolated rat skin as the penetration barrier, the compound colchicine gels with different matrix and different penetration enhancers were prepared . The content of colchicine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS Carbopol 940 used as matrix was the best for the effect of the gel. Several transdermal enhancers on the permeation rate of compound colchicine gels played significant roles. The order of potency of penetration in vitro was azone〉menthol〉oleic acid. CONCLUSION 5% Azone as the enhancer of colchieine gels was the best.
