复方金蒲片在肿瘤临床的应用观察

Observation on the effects of Jinpu complex tablets used for neoplasms in clinic

目的:研究复方金蒲片在肿瘤临床的应用。方法:选择经病理证实的鼻咽癌患者58例,随机分为放疗服药组30例和单纯放疗组28例,正常对照组30例。符合肝癌的临床诊断标准患者62例,随机分为治疗组32例、对照组30例及正常对照组30例,在治疗前后检测外周血微量元素及免疫指标。结果:鼻咽癌患者血中微量元素硒、锌及CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+显著低于健康人,放疗服药组血中微量元素硒、锌及CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较服药前显著提高。在肝癌组,肝癌患者血硒含量0.175μg·g-1,比正常对照组血硒均值(0.220±0.083)μg·g-1低,治疗组患者治疗后1个月血硒均值(0.251±0.106)μg/g,明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组服药后免疫指标IgG、IgA、TgM以及CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值均有提高,治疗组治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:复方金蒲片能提高鼻咽癌及肝癌患者血中微量元素硒、锌水平以及免疫功能。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Jinpu complex tablets used for neoplasms in clinic. METHODS 58 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinorma（NPC） were randomly divided into two groups（group A and group B）. Group A （30 patients） orally administered Jinpu complex tablets and treated with radiotheraphy. 28 patients of group B were treated with radiotheraphy alone. 30 normal persons were as normal control group. 62 patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups （32 patients divided into treatment group, 30 patients divided into control group）. 30 normal persons were as normal control group. Both groups were inspected before and after treatment with monoclonal antibody therapy. RESULTS CD3＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD4＋/CD8 ＋ ratio and trace elements in blood of patients with NPC were obviously decreased compared with those of normal persons, but significantly increased after treated with radiotherapy plus Jinpu complex tablets. In liver cancer group, blood selenium concentration of patients with liver cancer was 0. 175μg·g^-1 , it was obviously decreased compared with those（0. 220 ＋ 0. 083μg·g^-1 ） of normal persons. But significantly increased after treated with oral Jinpu complex tablets one month（P〈0. 05） ,IgG,IgA,IgM and CD3＋ ,CD4＋ ,CD4＋/CD8＋ significantly increased. CONCLUSION Jinpu complex tablets can increase the level of trace elements in blood and the immune function of patients with NPC and liver cancer.
