锅炉蛇形管蒸发受热面水动力特性的理论分析

摘要 分别采用"整体简化计算"、"忽略热负荷分布不均匀性的分段计算"和"考虑热负荷分布均匀性的分段计算"三种方案对锅炉蛇形蒸发管的水动力特性进行了理论分析,研究了热负荷分布不均匀性对蛇形蒸发管水动力特性和阻力值的影响.结果表明:蛇形蒸发管的水动力特性与其热负荷分布及布置形式均有关;在特定条件下,采用忽略热负荷分布不均匀性的简化算法求解蛇形蒸发管的水动力特性可能导致较大的误差,并会影响水动力特性可靠性的准确分析. Theoretical analysis was carried out for hydrodynamic characteristics of the coil tubes of evaporating heat-absorbing surface in boiler by following three schemes, "integral simplifying calculation", "sectional calculation ignoring uneven distribution of thermal load" and "sectional calculation taking account of uneven distribution of thermal load". The effects of uneven distribution of thermal load on hydrodynamic characteristics and resistance of the coil tubes of evaporating heat-absorbing surface were studied. Results show that the hydrodynamic characteristics of the coil tubes of evaporating heat-absorbing surface are related to the distribution of thermal load and arrangement of the coil tubes. Under special conditions, the simplification method which ignores uneven distribution of thermal load will cause larger error and affect the accurate analysis of the realibility for hydrodynamic characteristics.
