摘要
为提高轧辊加工质量的稳定性,在原引进设备的基础上,改进并设计了一种全数字控制的OSB双频淬火机床监控系统。详细阐述了系统的组成、硬件配置和软件设计,并以报表形式记录和分析了系统实际运行过程中的各项数据指标。改进后的双频监控系统采用S7-300 PLC分站式结构,以Profibus-DP总线联网现场设备,通过FameV iew组态软件在上位机上反映各设备的实时工作状态,体现了系统较高的数字化集成度。
To enhance the stability of processing quality for rollers, a fully digital monitoring and control system of OSB dual-frequency quenching machine tool has been designed on the basis of existing imported equipment. The compos!tion of the system, hardware configuration and software design of this system are described in detail. Various data indexes in practical operation of the system are recorded and analyzed in forms of statistics report. The improved monitoring system is composed of S7-300 PLC structuring in remote stations, the field equipment is networked via Profibus-DP bus ; and the operational status of each equipment is reflected on the host computer through FameView configuration soft- ware, thus higher digitalized level of integration has been revealed.
