摘要
通过对现行DCS脱硫控制系统的调查和研究,开发并设计了以PLC为主导的干法烟气脱硫控制系统。系统选用PLC实现系统的控制,并辅以iFix组态软件实现系统的上位机监控。系统投运证明,该系统是一种脱硫效率显著、保护灵敏可靠、顺控执行流畅、操作简便省力的干法脱硫系统。
Through investigating and researching on popular desulfurization distributed control systems, the dry flue gas desulfurization control system with PLC as the kernel has been developed. In this system, PLC is adopted to control the system, and the iFix configuration software is used to monitore the systems host computer. The system operation proves that this system offers high efficiency, the protection is reliable and the sequential control is running smoothly, it is an easily operated desulfurization system.
