New Design of Coalmine Sub Monitoring and Control Station

摘要 针对现有井下监控分站兼容性差、与井上总站通信方式单一的缺点,设计了一款新型的井下监控分站。该监控分站以ARM处理器LPC2119为核心,在μC/OS-Ⅱ的操作管理模式下实现煤矿井下工作现场数据的采集和相应的处理工作。它具有两种与井上总站通信的接口;每一路测量信道均可接收任意一种标准信号;可以有线连接传感器,还可以采用射频方式和无线传感器结点进行无线连接。该监控分站可以替代现有的大部分监控分站。 Aiming at the disadvantages of existing sub monitoring and control station under coalmine, e.g. poor compatibility and unitary communications form with the master station on ground, a new kind of sub monitoring and control station has been designed with the ARM processor LPC2119 as the kernel. Thanks to operation and management mode of uC/OS-II , the field data acquisition under coalmine and relevant processing of the data can be implemented. The station offers two kinds of communications interfaces to the master station on ground, each of the measuring channel can process any kind of standard signals, and it can connect with wired sensor, or connect with wireless sensor by using radio frequency technology. This sub monitoring and control station can replace most of the existing sub monitoring and control stations.
