摘要
子宫内膜间质肉瘤是一种少见的子宫间叶性恶性肿瘤，临床症状无特殊性，与其他子宫或卵巢的良恶性肿瘤症状相似，术前易误诊为子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病等而延误诊治。笔者2008年5月～2009年7月共收治子宫内膜间质肉瘤8例，
