摘要 为了寻找某四轮驱动特种车辆动力传动系统发生故障的原因,首先利用自主开发的车辆动力传动系统扭振分析软件TVSIM建立了扭振分析模型,完成了固有频率、固有振型的计算。然后采用LMS的扭振测试模块对该车动力传动系统的扭振进行了测试和分析。理论计算和试验结果均表明,该车动力传动系统基本不存在扭转共振问题。以此为指导,将解决措施聚焦在零件设计和加工方面,通过改进设计和严格控制加工质量等措施,彻底解决了动力传动系统的故障,扭振计算和试验结果的正确性也在一定程度上得到了验证。 In order to find the failure causes for the four-wheel drive special vehicle,the calculation of inherent frequency and vibration type has been carried out first by using the independently developed software TVSIM to establish torsional vibration analysis model.Then,the test and analysis for power transmission system of this vehicle has been done by using the torsional vibration test module of LMS.Both theoretical calculation and test result show that there is basically no torsional resonant problem with the power transmission system of this vehicle.Under this guidance,the measures are focused on the part design and processing.The failures of the power transmission system would be eliminated completely through improving the design and controlling the process quality strictly,the correctness of the torsional vibration calculation and test has also been verified at certain extent.
