摘要
对电液比例阀的流场特性进行CFD计算,研究电液比例阀阀腔内部轮廓的变化对电液比例阀流场特征参数的影响。电液比例阀3种腔室结构的对比分析表明,作用于电液比例阀阀芯上的液动力能够通过优化其阀芯和阀套的结构而得到减小。
Electro-hydraulic proportional valves are widely used in many applications involving electro-hydraulic proportional control techniques,detailed analysis of the internal flow field of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve chamber,especially the accurate prediction of the flow forces,are crucial for design optimization of an electro-hydraulic proportional valve.This paper provides a computational fluid dynamics investigation of the fluid dynamic behavior of an electro-hydraulic proportional valve,including a full description of geometric features of the valve chambers and the corresponding effects on the flow characteristic parameters of an electro-hydraulic proportional valve.In particular,the comparative analysis results of three chamber structures indicate that the unbalanced flow force acted on the spool could be further reduced by optimizing the shapes of the valve spool and the valve sleeve.
