摘要
目的探讨Livin与Smac在子宫内膜异位症(EM)发生、发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测Livin与Smac蛋白在40例EM异位内膜和34例EM在位内膜及30例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果 Livin在正常子宫内膜、EM在位内膜及EM异位内膜组织中的表达强度逐渐增高,3组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Livin的表达与月经周期无关(P>0.05)。Smac与Livin相反,在3组间的表达强度呈递减趋势,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Smac在EM在位及异位内膜组织中的表达与月经周期无关(P>0.05),而在正常子宫内膜组织中分泌期的表达高于增生期(P<0.05)。Livin与Smac在EM中的表达强度呈明显的负相关(r=-0.890,P<0.01)。二者在EM中的表达强度与R-AFS分期无关(P>0.05)。结论 Livin与Smac蛋白在子宫内膜异位症在位及异位内膜组织中的异常表达对子宫内膜异位症的发生可能起着重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of apoptosis-related Livin and Smac in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EM). Methods Streptavidin-biotin peroxidase immunohistochemistry was employed to examine the expression of Livin and Smac in norma(ln =30),eutopic(n =34),and ectopic(n =40)endometrial tissues. Results The Livin expression showed a gradually increased tendency in normal,eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues(P 0.01),but was not correlated with the phase of menstrual cycle(P 0.05). The Smac expression had a descending trend in the three groups. The menstrual phase had no influence on Smac protein in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of EM(P 0.05),but the Smac expression was higher in secretory phase than that in proliferative phase (P 0.05). Negative correlation was observed between the expression of Livin and Smac in the ectopic endometrium of EM (r =-0.890,P 0.01). There was no correlation between the expression of the two indexes(Livin and Smac)and the staging of EM(P 0.05). Conclusion Livin and Smac might play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
