摘要
在确定输水管道的经济管径时,对于年运行电费的计算通常直接采用日平均供水量作为计算水量,针对上述方法进行了改进,引用了全年供水量变化特征值,并根据规划的近、远期划分计算年及供水量,使计算出的年运行电费更加符合实际,并使经济管径的计算结果更加合理。在采用投资净现值法的基础上,以上海某水源地工程的一段输水管道为例,介绍了输水管道经济管径的确定过程。
When determining the economical diameter of long distance water transmission pipeline, the average daily water supply is normally used to calculate the annual operation electricity cost. The above method is improved by using variation features of water supply throughout a year and the calculated annual water supply in short- long-term plans. The improved method makes the calculated annual operation electricity cost more practical and the calculated economical diameter more reasonable. Based on use of net present value method of an investment project, taking a segment of pipeline of a water source project in Shanghai for example, the determination process of economical diameter of the pipeline is introduced.
