中药废水处理工艺改造及回用工程

Reconstruction of Treatment Process of Traditional Chinese Medicine Wastewater and Reuse Project

采用厌氧水解/接触氧化/UNITANK/气浮/过滤工艺处理中药废水,处理出水部分回用为车间冷却水。该系统自2003年调试正常以来,运行稳定,UNITANK池出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准,过滤器出水水质达到车间冷却水回用标准。

The anaerobic hydrolytic acidification/biological contact oxidation/UNITANK/air floatation/filtration process was used to treat traditional Chinese medicine wastewater. The treated effluent is partially reused as cooling water. Since the final acceptance test in 2003, the system operates stably. The effluent of the UNITANK can meet the first class discharge standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard （GB 8978 -1996） , and the effluent from the filer meets the reuse standard of cooling water.
