摘要
采用了混凝沉淀/水解酸化/SBR工艺处理液晶显示器生产废水,在进水COD为460~540mg/L、BOD5为130mg/L、SS为160mg/L、色度为80倍、pH<4或>9的条件下,处理出水COD<60mg/L、BOD5<20mg/L、SS<50mg/L、色度<20倍、pH值保持在6~9,出水水质达到广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26—2001)的一级标准。
The combined process of coagulation and sedimentation, hydrolysis acidification and SBR was adopted to treat LCD production wastewater. In this paper the design and performance of this facility are presented. Under the conditions of influent COD 460 to 540 mg/L, BOD5 130 mg/L, SS 160 mg/L, color 80 times and pH 〈 4 or 〉 9, the effluent COD, BODs , SS, color and pH are lower than 60 mg/L, 20 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 20 times and at 6 to 9 respectively. The effluent quality can meet the first class criteria of the Guangdong Province local standard Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants ( DB 44/26 - 2001 ).
