污水氯消毒副产物卤乙酸检测方法的优化 被引量:7

摘要 污水氯化消毒副产物对人体和受纳水体生态系统造成的风险正逐渐引起人们的关注。通过对卤乙酸(HAAs)标准检测方法的优化,建立了适用于检测污水氯消毒副产物HAAs的分析方法。研究表明,进样口温度和升温程序的优化明显提高了各组分分离度,样品分析时间减少到20min以内。对样品制备方法的优化提高了衍生化效率并减少了工作量,优化后方法检测结果的准确度和精密度符合分析要求,可实现对氯消毒污水中9种卤乙酸的测定。 The toxic risk of disinfection by-products in chlorinated wastewater to human beings and aquatic ecosystem is attracting more and more attention. The analysis method of haloacetic acids (HAAs) in chlorinated wastewater was established by optimizing the APHA-AWWA-WEF standard method. The results show that the separation degrees of different components are markedly increased by optimization of temperature at the sample inlet and temperature rise program, and the analyzed time is reduced to 20 min. The optimization of the sample preparation methods improves the derivatization efficiency and reduces the work load. The accuracy and precision of the optimized analysis method of HAAs comply with the demands of sample analysis, and the method can be applied to analyze the nine species of HAAs in chlorinated wastewater.
