摘要
简述了CTG型感应辊自动卸料磁选机的性能特点,并对影响硅砂除铁效果的因素进行了分析。生产实践表明,采用感应辊卸铁的方式很好地解决了筒式磁选机卸铁不净的难题,确保了硅砂质量的稳定。
The properties and characteristics of CTG type induced roller auto-discharging magnetic separators were discussed, and some problems and the causes in process of removal of iron from silica sand were also analyzed; the application shows that the specially designed auto-discharging rollers can discharge the iron completely, so stable quality can be ensured.
