锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构的剩余使用寿命实用计算方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对钢筋锈蚀引起的混凝土结构性能劣化,建立了锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构剩余使用寿命的实用计算方法。极限状态定义为锈蚀结构的安全性、适用性和耐久性评定等级由等级b降为等级c的临界状态,按现有规范此时锈蚀结构必须采取修复加同处理。根据钢筋锈蚀对结构性能的影响机理,将锈蚀结构的使用寿命周期分为:钢筋未发生锈蚀的初始阶段(T_1),锈胀开裂前的锈蚀发展阶段(T_2),锈胀开裂到极限状态的加速锈蚀阶段(T_3),并建立各阶段锈蚀速率与结构性能退化模型。在此基础上进行试算,假设时间T_1,计算评定T_r时间点锈蚀结构的等级,调整T_r使某一控制指标首先达到极限状态,由此确定结构剩余使用寿命。最终通过算例验证此计算方法实际可行。
