地黄管食通联合PD方案治疗中晚期食管癌患者的疗效观察

Effect of Dihuang Guanshitong Oral Associating With Chemotherapy By PD Formula on the Medium or Advanced Esophageal Patients

目的:为提高化疗疗效,降低不良反应,改善患者生活质量,对地黄管食通口服液联合化疗和单纯化疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者的疗效、不良反应及对生存质量的影响进行了比较分析。方法:将60例患者随机分成两组:单纯化疗组(对照组)30例,采用PD方案:紫杉醇(PTX)+顺铂(DDP)。地黄管食通口服液联合化疗组(治疗组)30例,化疗方案同对照组,并于每周期化疗第1天开始口服地黄管食通口服液,每次20mL,每日3次,直至化疗周期结束。2个周期治疗结束后对两组患者的近期疗效、不良反应及生存质量进行评价。结果:地黄管食通口服液组有效率为61.6%,对照组为49.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组化疗后的生存质量差异有显著性(P<0.05)。地黄管食通口服液组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,且发生的程度较轻。结论:地黄管食通口服液联合化疗能提高中晚期食管癌患者化疗的有效率,降低不良反应,改善患者的生存质量。

Objective： To improve the chemotherapy effect and the patients′ life quality,and to reduce the side effect of chemotherapy,we compared and analysed the curative effect、the patients′ life quality and chemotherapy′s side effect between the single chemotherapy and the chemotherapy associating with Dihuang Guanshitong oral.Methods： Divide 70 patients into two groups： the single chemotherapy group （ control group） with.35 patients,and.the chemotherapy associating with Dihuang Guanshitong oral group（ treat group） with 35 patients.The control group used by paclitaxel and cisplatin only;and the treat group treated by Dihuang Guanshitong oral at the same time with chemotherapy,the chemotherapy formula is same with the control group.The patients began to take the Dihuang Guanshitong oral on the first day till the last day of the chemotherapy cycle（ 20mL each time and three times each day） .When two cycles ended,we analysed the recent curative effect、the patients′ life quality and chemotherapy′ s sideeffect between the two groups.Results： The treat group′s effective rateis 61.6% ,the control group is 49.7% ,he.two group has statistic significance（ P 0.05） .The patients′ life quality after chemotherapy between two groups has statistic significance（ P 0.05.The treat group′s side effect incidence rate.and level of chemotherapy is lower than the control group′s.Conclusion： The Dihuang Guanshitong oral associating with chemotherapy can improve the curative effect,reduce the side effect of chemotherapy and improve the patients′ life quality.
