辛通畅络法对系膜增生性肾炎大鼠肾脏功能相关指标的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Dredging Vessels by Xintong on Related Indexes of MsPGN Rats Renal Function

摘要 目的:观察辛通畅络中药复方对系膜增生性肾炎(MsPGN)大鼠肾脏功能学指标的影响,探讨中医药防治MsPGN的有效途径。方法:采用大鼠胸腺细胞抗体注射法诱发大鼠MsPGN动物模型,以中药复方肾苏Ⅱ为治疗药物,贝那普利为对照药物,于造模后及治疗3、6周末,分别观察各组动物不同时间点尿蛋白定量(TP/24h)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)等肾脏功能相关指标变化情况。结果:治疗3周后,中、西药组上述指标检测结果无显著差异;治疗6周后,中药组在减少MsPGN大鼠尿蛋白排泄量,改善血清TP、ALB、CHO、TG水平,降低血清BUN、SCr等方面,显示疗效优势,且与西药组之间具有显著性差异。结论:以辛通畅络、益气和血立法的中药复方肾苏Ⅱ,具有减轻MsPGN病理损害,保护肾功能的作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of the traditional Chinese drug compound recipe dredging vessels by xintong on related indexes of MsPGN rats renal function,and to explore the effective method to prevent and cure MsPGN using traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Induced animal models of rats with MsPGN by injecting antibodies in thymus cells and took traditional Chinese drug compound recipe of ShensuⅡas curative drug,bennapuli as the control drug.Observed each groups,on different time points of the moment after creating models,3 and 6 weeks after,about related indexes as follows: TP/24h,BUN,Scr,TP,ALB,CHO,TG.Results: There was no significant difference between Chinese and western medicine groups three weeks after treatment,however,there was significant difference Six weeks after treatment and the result revealed that Chinese medicine group had remarkable advantages in decreasing excretion amount of urine protein,improving the level of TP、ALB、CHO、TG and lowering BUN、SCr.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese drug compound recipe ShensuⅡ which dredges vessels by xintong and supplements qi and promotes blood circulation has the functions of relieving pathological damage of MsPGN and protecting renal function.
