单侧输尿管梗阻模型肾纤维化的中医药研究进展

Research Progress on Unilateral Ureteral Obstruction Model in Renal Fibrosis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

肾纤维化是各种慢性肾脏病进展导致肾功能损害的共同病理过程。单侧输尿管梗阻是研究肾纤维化的经典动物实验模型。实验研究显示中药抗肾纤维化效果确切。现将近2年以来中医药对单侧输尿管梗阻肾纤维化的研究作一综述。

Renal fibrosis is a common pathological process of variety of chronic kidney disease advances to renal dysfunction.Unilateral ureteral obstruction（ UUO） is a classic model of renal fibrosis in animal.Experimental studies have shown that the exact effect of traditional Chinese medicine on anti-renal fibrosis.This review will focus on the progress of UUO model in renal fibrosis by Traditional Chinese Medicine nearly two years.
