中西医治疗婴儿湿疹的效果比较及分析

Traditional treatment of infantile eczema Comparison and Analysis Report

目的:比较中药内服外洗与口服西药治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法:最终纳入评价疗效的患儿69例,治疗妇36例采用中药内服外洗,每日2次;西药组33例给予酮替酚口服(年龄<6个月0.25mg,>6个月0.5mg,每日2次)、地塞米松软膏外擦(每日2次)。结果:治疗组总有效率100%,对照组有效率78.8%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外洗治疗婴儿湿疹疗效显著。

Objective： To compare oral Chinese medicine with western medicine Oral and Washing the clinical efficacy of treatment of infantile eczema. Methods： Evaluation of efficacy of children included in the final 69 cases, 36 eases treated with Chinese Herbs and Washing, 2 times a day. Western 33 patients given oral ketotifen （age〈6 months,0.25mg 〉6 months, 0.Smg, 2 times a day） and outside rub dexamethasone oint- ment （2 times a day）. Resuhs： The total effective rate was 100%, control group was 78.8%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese Herbs and Washing efficacious treatment of infantile eczema.
