摘要
通过对二塘选煤厂的原生煤泥、尾煤煤质、压滤参数、循环水浓度等进行监测和分析,针对易泥化煤泥的特性,对尾煤处理的工艺流程、设备的选用和操作进行了改造,在简化生产工艺、提高尾煤处理能力、改善生产用水水质等方面取得了较好的效果,尾煤的泥化程度得到了有效控制,煤泥水絮凝沉降效果明显提高。
Based on the analyses of monitored data such as the characteristics of primary and tailing slime, parameters of press filtration,solid content of circulating water and,directing against the easy size-degradation of coal slime,renovated were the existing treatment process for tailing,selection of relevant equipment and their operation, giving a result that:relatively better achievement attained in process simplification,increase of throughput,improvement of quality of process water,effective control of slime size-degradation and remarkable increase of slime sedimentation by flocculation.
