摘要
目的:探讨脑电图、脑电地形图、CT、MRI对中枢神经系统感染的诊断价值和临床意义。方法:98例中枢神经感染患者(研究组)均做脑电图、脑电地形图、CT、MRI检查,并设正常对照组72例对比分析。结果:研究组MRI、脑电地形图、脑电图、CT阳性率(分别为97.96%、91.84%、85.71%和56.12%)均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);研究组MRI、脑电地形图、脑电图阳性率均显著高于CT(P<0.01);研究组早期脑电图、脑电地形图、CT、MRI阳性率显著高于后期(P<0.01)。结论:脑电图、脑电地形图、CT、MRI对中枢神经系统感染均具有诊断价值;脑电图或脑电地形图与MRI检查组合对于中枢神经系统感染的早期诊断及病情严重程度、疗效和预后判断优于脑电图或脑电地形图与CT检查组合。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of the electroencephalogram (EEG),brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM),CT and MRI in Patients with the central nervous system (CNS) infection. Methods:EEG,BEAM,CT and MRI examination were performed and analyzed in both 98 Patients with the CNS infection (study group) and 72 cases of the normal control group. Results:The positive rates of MRI,BEAM,EEG,CT in study group (97. 96% ,91. 84% ,85. 71% and 56. 12% ,respectively) were significantly higher than the normal control group (P 0. 01); The positive rates of MRI,BEAM,EEG in study group were significantly higher than the positive rates of CT (P 0. 01); In the study group,the early positive rates of EEG,BEAM,CT,MRI was significantly higher than the latter stages(P 0. 01). Conclusions:The examination of EEG,BEAM,CT,MRI has diagnostic value for the Patients with the CNS infections; The examination of EEG or BEAM combined with MRI is superior to the examination of EEG or BEAM combined with CT for both the early diagnosis of CNS infection and assessment of disease severity,efficacy and prognosis.
