在纯铜的熔炼过程中添加少量的稀土铈(0.02%、0.04%、0.06%),研究了稀土对熔体的净化作用及对铸态组织的晶粒细化作用,并对该纯铜的热加工性能以及带材的组织性能进行了研究。结果表明:稀土具有净化熔体、细化铸态合金晶粒的效果,能改善纯铜带材的力学性能;少量稀土可提高纯铜的电导率。添加0.04%稀土的纯铜,冷轧后经过退火的0.35mm带材具有良好的性能,其抗拉强度为213.8MPa,电导率为98.5%IACS,伸长率为23%。
The effect of adding small amounts of cerium (0.02%, 0.04% and 0.06%) in pure copper melt on the purifying effect of the melt, grain refining, hot working behavior and structural properties of pure copper is studied with the result that cerium added can help purify the melt, make the grains finer and improve both the mechanical and electric properties of the copper strip (0.35ram thick and annealed). For instance, after adding cerium in the amount of 0.04%, the tensile strength and elongation rate of the copper strip can reach the figures of 213.8 MPa and 23% while its electric conductivity can reach 98.5% IACS.
