摘要
介绍了极限状态计算方法,并在某型号吊具吊耳板结构强度计算中加以应用。通过极限状态计算方法与经验算法、有限元分析方法的比较分析及试验验证,确定极限状态计算方法计算结果比较接近实际状态,对于使用频率低、有结构形状限制、质量限制的承载结构的工程设计计算具有一定的指导意义。
The limit state calculation method is introduced,and it has been applied in structure strength calculation for a hoisting tooling in some task.By comparetion analysis between the limit state calculation method,the experiential method and FEM analysis method,as well as by test verification,it is concluded that the results got by the limit state calculation method are more close to the practical state.It also can be used as a reference in design calculation for the bearing structures with low application frequency and limitation in structural form and mass.
