摘要
在MSC.Nastran的动力学优化设计功能的基础上,采用加速度频响函数的模型修正方法,以频响函数试验结果为目标函数,以结构参数为设计变量,在某双星系统有限元模型基础上构建优化模型,进行动力学优化设计,达到修正模型的目的。优化后模型分析结果无论是共振频率还是幅值均与试验数据吻合很好,并且模型修正的过程简单,实用性强,具有广阔的工程应用前景。
Based on dynamical optimization in MSC.Nastran,with acceleration FRF model updating method,with a certain double satellites’ FEM model,the design model is built,whose design variables are parameters of structure,whose design objectives are FRF test results.After structure dynamical optimization,the FEM model is updated.With the updated model,resonant frequencies agree well with test results,as well as resonant amplitudes.The model updating process is very simple and practicably.
