摘要
将人的精神动力构成要素分为认知动力、情感动力和意志动力的传统"三分法",遮蔽了人的其他重要精神动力要素。深入考察可以发现,人的精神动力是由信仰动力、事业动力、道德动力、认知动力、情感动力和意志动力等六种要素构成的,具有多元性特征。在人的精神动力系统中,各种精神动力之间是相互联系、相互影响的。
Traditional ＂trichotomy＂ divides the elements that form man＇s spiritual drive into cognition drive, sentiment drive and will -power drive, neglecting other important elements. Further exploration finds that the composition of man＇s spiritual drive has multi - element characteristics, containing six elements, namely, faith drive, career drive, moral drive, cognition drive, sentiment drive and will - power drive. In this spiritual drive system, these elements are interrelated and interactional.
