521例妇科住院患者阴道菌群分布及致病菌耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解肿瘤专科医院妇科住院患者阴道分泌物菌群分布及常见致病菌对抗生素的耐药性。方法:分析2005年9月-2008年12月新疆维吾尔自治区肿瘤医院521例妇科住院患者临床阴道分泌物,常规培养并测定常见致病菌对抗生素的耐药情况。结果:妇科住院患者阴道分泌物致病菌检出率为72.94%,生殖道病原致病菌对传统的抗生素如氨苄西林、哌拉西林、苯唑西林、青霉素、复方新诺明等耐药率高达67%-100%。结论:肿瘤专科医院妇科住院患者阴道的致病菌检出菌种多,菌株对常用抗菌药物的耐药率增加,致病菌的耐药问题凸显与抗菌药物使用存在缺陷有关。因此,对于复杂的、较大的恶性肿瘤的手术,应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素。 Objective: To learn the routine vaginal secretion culture results of gynecologic in-patients in tumor hospitals and their resistance to antibiotics.Methods:Analyzing on the routine vaginal secretion cultures of 521 gynecologic in-patients who have been at the Xinjiang Tumor Hospital from September,2005 to December,2007 and testing drug sensitivity to all positive specimens.Results:The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria of gynecologic in-patients was 72.94%.To traditional antibiotics like ampicillin,piperacillin,oxacillin and benzylpenicillin,the resistant rate of vagina bacteria to SMZ/TMP was as high as 67% to 100%.Conclusion:The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria of gynecologic in-patients in tumor hospitals was higher than that in other general hospitals.The increasing resistant rate of the vaginal bacteria to common antibiotics,the decreasing sensitive to them and the popping up of drug tolerance issue were related with the defects in the administration of antibiotics.Therefore,For the large surgery of malignant tumor,the antibiotics should be prescribed based on the results of sensitivity test of bacterial strain.
