摘要 γδT细胞是T细胞的一种,在机体抗结核杆菌感染中发挥重要的作用。本文通过介绍γδT细胞的发生、发育和分布、抗原识别和活化、信号传导和其所具有的功能,阐述该细胞在抗结核分枝杆菌感染免疫反应中的具体作用。
