摘要
采用同时蒸馏浸提法提取了金丝小枣和山西大枣中挥发油,测得其挥发油的含量分别为0.37%和0.51%,利用GC/MS方法测定了两种枣中挥发油的化学成分,在金丝小枣中共鉴定了其中19种化学成分,在山西大枣中共鉴定了其中21种化学成分,并采用峰面积归一化法计算得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果表明:从总离子流图以及鉴定出的化学成分可以看出,同时蒸馏萃取法制得的挥发性成分中,主要为酸性物质,为更有效的提取枣中挥发油的成分提供了一定依据。
In this paper,the essential oil from golden silk jujubes and Shanxi zizyphus jujubes were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction.The content of essential oil from these two kinds of jujubes were 0.37%and 0.51%,respectively.The chemical components were separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,with 19 volatile compounds identified in the golden silk jujube and 21 volatile compounds in the Shanxi zizyphus jujube.The relative content was calculated by the area normalization.The results from total ionic chromatography indicated that the main chemical component were acids.
