摘要 橘红(Citrus grandis(L.)Osb.‘Juhong’)是柑橘属中的一种,其皮重量约占果重的20%,含有丰富的维生素C、维生素P、矿物质、纤维素、果胶、橙皮甙、色素、香精油等。本文对橘红皮中水溶性多糖的提取工艺进行研究。橘红皮细颗粒经石油醚回流脱脂、热水提取,以葡萄糖为参照品,利用分光光度法测定橘红皮中水溶性多糖的含量。本实验用微波法从橘红皮中提取多糖,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交实验研究了粉碎粒度、固液比、微波浸提时间、以及微波功率和微波浸提次数对提取橘红皮多糖含量的影响。实验的结果表明:橘红皮多糖最佳提取条件为粉碎粒度30目、固液比1∶50、浸提时间120s、微波功率为40%(320W)、浸提次数1次,其中浸提时间是最主要影响因素.其次是粉碎粒度和固液比,微波功率对提取的影响相对小些,而提取次数一次即可。多糖的提取量达到23.77mg/g。 Citrus erythrocarpae peel(Juhong pi)makes up 20% of the entire plant.It is rich in VC,VP,minerals,fibers,pectin,Neohesperidin,pigment,flavorings,etc.In the current study,microwave methods were used to extract polysaccharides from Citrus erythrocarpae peel(Juhong pi)with water.The concentration of water-soluble polysaccharides in extracts were monitored by spectrophotometry and optimized by the single-factor test and L9(3^4)orthogonal experiments.The sizes of particles,ratios of solid to liquid,radiation power,extraction time and times were all studied.The optimal condition was when the peel of 30 meshes was extracted for one time with solid-liquid ratio1 ∶50 for 2 minutes under radiation power 40% of 320W.Extraction time was the most significant factor followed by the crushed particle size and the solid-liquid ratio.The heat affected extraction efficiency in a lesser degree.The content of polysaccharides was 23.77mg/g.
