苯甲酸钠对多糖共混膜吸湿性和抗菌性的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 苯甲酸钠是常用食品添加剂,它起着防腐的目的。利用天然高分子聚合物壳聚糖和环糊精为原料,添加苯甲酸钠,研究制备具有良好相容性和可降解性的用于食品包装的多糖共混膜。经对壳聚糖膜及共混膜的吸水率测试和抗菌试验,结果显示由于苯甲酸钠的加入而在共混物的分子链上引入了憎水的苯环,从而使得共混膜的吸水率下降,同时改善了多糖共混膜的抗菌性;共混膜的壳聚糖含量在60%时其吸水率控制在63.08%;在一周内,共混膜对葡萄球菌的抑制率分别比单纯CS壳聚糖膜和CSβC壳聚糖-β-环糊精二元混合膜平均提高约20%和48%。 The sodium benzoate is the commonly used food additive,it is having the goal which guards against corrosion.Chitosan is a natural polymers it can biosynthesis,can be biodegradable and does not pollute the environment,can make use of chitosan prepared with good compatibility and new features and performance of the blend material.The study ofthe blending membrane's water-absorptivity test and the antibacterial experiment demonstrated:because the sodium benzoate joins,thus causes the blending membrane the water-absorptivity drop,At the same time improve the polysaccharide anti-bacterial blend membranes.The studydemonstrated:Chitosan content when 60% the blending membrane's water-absorptivity may achieve 63.08%;β-CD's accession to improve their performance and reduce costs,the introduction of Mupirocin raise its antimicrobial,CSβCB-1 blend of film,7d,for the inhibition of Staphylococcus,raising 20%;CSβCB-2 blend film while 48percent increase.So is expected to form a broad application of new environment-friendly feature film material.
