化工危险环境下的新型通风控制系统设计与实现

摘要 为解决化工危险工作环境下的良好通风问题,采用自律分散系统(ADS)的设计思想,开发了一种新型通风控制系统;在该系统中,以ARM9处理器(ST92FW24)为核心的补风控制器采用μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,完成现场通风情况的远程监控和补风控制;以ARM7处理器(LPC2132)为核心的排风控制器与通风柜组成分散子系统,实现污浊空气的排出,并通过RS485与补风控制器通信;实际应用表明,该系统体现出了可靠性高、可扩展性好,以及功耗和成本低等优点,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。 This paper develops a new type of ventilation control system for dangerous chemical factory with autonomous decentralized system (ADS) design idea. An air--inlet eontroner with ARM9 (ST92FW24) uses μC/OS-Ⅱ real--time OS, and achieves the remote monitoring of on--site ventilation and air inlet control. The air--outlet controller with ARM7 (LPC2132) and ventilation tank composes the subsystem which reatizes exhausting polluted air, and communication with air-- inlet controller via RS485. In practical applications, this system has the performance such as high reliability, good scalability, low consumption and low cost. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
