摘要
主要介绍了高精度、高线性度V/F、F/V转换器ADVFC32的工作原理和由V/F转换器实现A/D转换的工作原理;在此基础上详细的给出了以ADVFC32为核心构建的数字化应力传感器及其在电子皮带秤中的应用;所设计的电路解决了电子皮带秤中传感器信号的远距离传输问题;经实际应用表明,该系统具有结构简单可靠、抗干扰能力强、传输速度快、传输距离远等特点。
This paper mainly introduces a high--precision, high--linearity voltage / frequency or frequency/ voltage converter AD- VFC32 working principle and the principle of using the V/F converter to achieve A/D conversion. On the basis of this, the number of stress sensors was built with the ADVFC32 as the core and their application in electronic belt scale . The circuit was designed to solve this problem: the sensor signals of long--distance transmission in the electronic belt scale. Through practical application, the system is characterized by simple and reliable structure, strong anti--interference ability, fast transmission speed, long transmission distance.
