摘要
针对目前光碟管理装置空间使用效率低,操作复杂等缺点,介绍了一种基于单元模块化结构的新型光碟智能管理装置,包括模块化单元的机械结构、基于mega32单片机的控制器硬件设计总体方案、实现光碟随意储存的存入位置检测模块及基于ACCESS数据库的光碟信息管理系统的设计;并讨论了取碟机构精度问题的解决方法和在同时取出多个光碟时自动选择最佳取碟顺序的最优路径算法的实现;通过试验样机表明,装置具有较高的可靠性、实用性和广泛的市场前景。
As the management device of CDs nowadays is low efficiency of space and complex operation. This paper introduces an intelligent management device of CDs which is designed in the method of modularization structure. It includes the mechanical construction of modularization structure, The design project of hardware based on the mega32, the position testing module for the CDs and the management system base on the Database of Access. It also discuss about an effective way to solve the problem with a higher accuracy and an algorithm to Search the best route in the context of acquiring two or more CDs.
