摘要 针对目前我国某些工程领域对温度应力测量的需要,提出了一种提供40路温度及40路应力数据的采集与传送的测量系统;系统的硬件电路由温度模拟量前端、应力模拟量前端与数据处理后端共三部分组成;温度信号进行冷端补偿,应力信号由激励源进行激励,并均采用隔离措施;数据处理后端的核心主芯片是ARM单片机STM32,包括RS422通信接口电路,外围存储器接口电路,7段数码管显示等组成;由STM32103 ARM微处理器作为主控芯片;经恒温条件下测试结果表明:该测量系统运行稳定可靠,准确度高,基本达到了试验要求。 In this article, authors provide a measurement system for collection and transmission of temperture and stress data (respec tively 40 Road and 40 Road) which can meet the need of thermal and stress system in some projects. Hardware circuits of the system consists of temperature analog, stress analog and data processing, temperature signals go through the compensation of cold junction, stress signals are stimulated by source, and isolation measures are used. The core of the main chip of back--end data--processing is STM32 ARM micro- controller, including RS - 422 communication interface circuit, the external memory interface circuit, 7 -- segment LED display, etc. STM32103 ARM microprocessor chip works as a master. The test results which under the conditions of constant temperature show that., this system is stable, reliable and accurate, which basically meets the test requirements.
