摘要
试验采用Kirby-Bauer氏法(K-B法)对采自皖西地区12个猪场的76株猪源致病性大肠杆菌进行药物敏感性测定。结果表明,分离的76株病原菌对20种抗生素均产生不同程度的耐药性,且表现为多重耐药。
The sensitivity of 20 antibiotic were tested to 76 strains pathogenic E.coli of pig which were collected from some regions of west of Anhui province by Kirby-Bauer way.The result showed that the drug-resistance of bacteria was so serious that it showed multi-drug-resistance and varies in different areas.
