摘要
为检测狼连涂擦剂(以狼毒为君药,连翘为臣药的主方)的毒理学安全性,对试验小鼠进行半数致死量试验及微核试验。结果狼连涂擦剂LD50为3253.87mg/kg,在小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验中未发现该药物对小鼠有遗传毒性,表明狼连涂擦剂的安全性良好。
To detect toxicological Safety of Lang-lian embrocation,acute toxicity and micronucleus test were tested.LD50 of Lang-lian embrocation was 3253.87 mg/kg.Micronucleus test of bone marrow cells in mice lacked toxicity.The results showed that Lang-lian embrocation had good security.
