摘要
利用乙酰甲基磺酸(EMS)诱变方法,以幼苗根在重力作用下的弯曲生长为指标,筛选得到了拟南芥抗镧突变体。通过进一步使用更高浓度镧对获得的突变体进行复筛,初步确定了KEMS-36植株为拟南芥抗镧突变体。
Ethyl methane-sulfonate（ EMS） - mutagenized Arabidopsis M2 populations were screened using the root-bending assay. By further using a higher concentration of lanthanum on the obtained mutants of the second screening,tentatively identified as the Arabidopsis plants KEMS- 36 anti- La mutant.
