摘要
目的对某五金塑胶厂职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查相结合。结果该建设项目噪声、电焊弧光、正己烷有不同程度的超标,其超标率分别为38.27%、25.00%、25.00%;其余各检测和测量项目的结果均未超过国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该项目防尘、防暑降温措施有效;防毒措施基本有效;噪声、紫外辐射控制效果欠佳,需进一步整改。
Objective To assess the control effect of occupational hazard in the hardware plastic plant.Methods The methods of occupational hygiene investigation in workplace,detection of occupational risk factors and medical examination were applied.Results The intensities(concentrations) of noise,electric welding's arc light and n-Hexane exceeded hygienic standards,which exceeding rates were 38.27%,25.00% and 25.00%,respectively.The rest ones accorded with national standards.Conclusion The protective measures of dust and high-temperature are effective;measures for chemical poisons is also basically effective,but the facilities should be improved;measures for noise and ultraviolet radiation are without satisfactory and further innovation should be made for protection facilities.
