摘要
目的识别、评价某化工集团新建14万t/年本体ABS扩建项目产生的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策和管理措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、检测,收集数据和资料,采用类比法与综合分析进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有其他粉尘、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、乙苯、乙二醇、丁二烯、噪声、工频电场、高温,类比检测结果CTWA为苯乙烯<0.1 mg/m3,丁二烯0.085 mg/m3、丙烯腈<0.1 mg/m3,丙烯酸丁酯CTWA最高浓度0.44 mg/m3;噪声最高检测值87.0 dB(A);工频电场强度为0.11 kV/m,均低于国家职业接触限值。结论该项目产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify and access occupational risk factors for ABS resin extension project,study the preventive measures and management,to provide scientific evidence for the inspection by health administrative department.Methods The methods were carried out including on-the-spot investigation,detection,collection of data and information of occupational health together with using analogy and comprehensive analysis.Results The occupational risk factors that existed in this construction project were bug dust,vinyl cyanide,styrene,butyl acrylate,ethyl benzene,glycol,Butadiene,noise,electric field in the work environment and high-temperature.The test results of analogy were less than occupational exposure limits by the investigation and analysis of analogy of the same productive equipment as an object.The detection results of analogical project showed that the maximum TWA concentration of styrene was less than 0.1 mg/m3,butadiene TWA concentration was 0.085 mg/m3,acrylonitrile TWA concentration was less than 0.1 mg/m3,the highest TWA concentration of butyl acrylate was 0.44 mg/m3,noise intensity was up to 90 dB(A),frequency electric field strength was 0.11 kV/m.Conclusion The occupational hazards of this construction project can be preventive,this project is feasible.
