摘要
目的建立梯度洗脱法对消炎片中黄芩苷进行含量测定,为提高制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法黄芩苷为含量测定指标,采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm);以甲醇为流动相A;以0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果黄芩苷的回归方程:y=2 495.299 3x-0.836 0(r=1.000 00),加样回收率为97.30%,RSD为1.56%。结论该方法具有样品处理简便、测定周期短、灵敏度高、重现性好、专属性强的特点,可以有效控制消炎片的质量。
Objective To establish gradient elution method for determination of baicalin in anti-inflammatory tablets,and provide a basis for the quality control of product.Methods Baicalin was taken as monitoring index,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was carried out on the Diamonsil C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm× 5μm)with methanol as mobile phase A and 0.4% phosphoricas as mobile phase B(gradient elution)of current velocity 1.0 ml/min,the detective wave-length was 280 nm.Results Baicalin regression equation was y=2 495.299 3 x-0.836 0,(r=1.000 00),recovery was 97.30% of RSD 1.56%.Conclusion This method has characteristics of simple to determine,high sensitivity,good reproducibility and strong specificity,it can effectively control the quality of anti-inflammatory tablets.
