摘要
绿色金融制度正在走入环境保护制度中。国外建立生态银行推行绿色信贷,取得了很大成效。我国商业银行在国家政策推动下进行了绿色信贷实践,但遇到诸多困境。必须建立系统的生态银行法律制度,设立政策性生态银行,通过资金配置引导产业追求生态价值。
Green financial system is marching into envirionmental protection systems. Some foreign countries have set up green banks to promote green credits. In our country, commercial banks are carrying out the practice of green credits, encountering a lot of hardships. It is necessary to establish systematic legal system of eco-bank and set up a policy eco-bank with the purpose of leading industries to go after ecological value by allocating capital.
