BBT治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of hysteromyoma by BBT

目的:研究BBT治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:分析2007年9月～2009年9月治疗子宫肌瘤患者156例,采用BBT治疗,并观察其治疗效果。结果:治疗后子宫体积和子宫肌瘤体积较治疗前明显减小(P<0.05);肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤三种不同类型子宫肌瘤治疗有效率分别为91.5%、97.4%、78.3%;BBT方法有效率明显高于未使用BBT方法治疗子宫肌瘤(P<0.05)。结论:BBT治疗子宫肌瘤疗效有统计学意义,具有明确的临床价值,在一定程度上为子宫良性疾病的治疗开辟了一条新途径。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy on the treatment of hysteromyoma by BBT.Methods：156 cases of hysteromyoma patients in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2009 were analyzed,and the treatment results by BBT curing were detected.Results：The body of uterus,body of hysteromyoma in post-treatment decreased（P0.05）;the effective power of treatment on intramural myoma,submucous myoma,subserous myoma were 91.5%,97.4%,78.3% ;BBT method was significantly higher than that not using the BBT method of treatment of uterine fibroids（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment results are conspicuous by BBT,which has conclusive clinical value and opened up new path in treatment disease of uterus.
