2008年济南铁路旅客艾滋病相关知识和态度调查

Investigation on AIDS Knowledge and Attitude among Ji'nan Railway Passengers in 2008

[目的]探索各层次人员对艾滋病知识的需求,为推动利用铁路开展防艾知识宣传教育提供依据。[方法]采用时间/空间定位抽样方法,于2008年8月15、17、20日,对济南、泰山、聊城火车站的候车旅客进行调查。[结果]调查603人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为80.33%,对艾滋病的态度回答正确率为83.75%。艾滋病知识、态度知晓(正确)率,男性为78.26%,女性为82.36%(P<0.01);20岁以下的为69.26%,21～30岁的为78.76%,31～40岁的为79.56%,40岁以上的为89.24%(P<0.01);农民为72.92%,职工为82.85%,学生为78.92%,离(退)休者为85.16%(P<0.01);文化程度小学及以下为74.35%,初、高中为75.17%,中专为82.08%,大专及大学为82.82%,硕士以上为87.39%(P<0.01);已婚者为84.37%,未婚者为76.78%,离异或丧偶者为82.50%(P<0.01)。[结论]济南局铁路旅客艾滋病相关知识回答正确率较高。不同性别,不同年龄,不同职业,不同文化,不同婚姻存在显著差异。

[Objective] To understand the AIDS-related knowledge and attitude among passengers in Ji＇nan Railway Bureau,to promote the use of rail transport to carry out the propaganda and education and to provide a basis for AIDS prevention.[Methods]Using the time/space orientation sampling method to investigate waiting passengers in Ji＇nan,Taishan,Liaocheng on August 15,17,20 in 2008.[Results]Among 603 people,the right rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 80.33%,the rate of the attitude to the AIDS was 83.75%.Male,78.26%,female,82.36%（P0.01）;of different ages,20 years of age was 69.26%,21-30 years of age was 78.76%,31-40-year-old was 79.56%,over 40 years old was 89.24%（P0.01）;of different occupations,farmers was 72.92%,82.85% for in-service workers,students was 78.92%,and retired persons was 85.16%（P0.01）;different education,primary school and under was 74.35%,75.17% for junior and senior high,secondary school was 82.08%,College and the University was 82.82%,master＇s was 87.39%（P0.01）;married people was 84.37%,unmarried people was 76.78%,divorced or widowed persons was 82.50%（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The AIDS-related knowledge and attitude in Ji＇nan railway passengers has a higher correct rate,there are differences in different sexes,different ages,different occupations,different cultures and different marital status.
