2006～2009年大连市金州区居民恶性肿瘤死亡资料分析

Data Analysis on Death Cause of Malignant Tumors in Jinzhou District of Dalian from 2006 to 2009

[目的]了解恶性肿瘤对大连市金州区居民健康和寿命的影响,为进一步开展恶性肿瘤的预防提供科学依据。[方法]对2006～2009年金州区居民恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析。[结果]2006～2009年金州区居民因恶性肿瘤死亡3996例,年均死亡率为208.73/10万,标化死亡率为117.31/10万。恶性肿瘤年均死亡率(/10万),男性与女性分别为261.09、156.67;<20岁、20岁～、40岁～、≥60岁分别为6.13、17.48、160.01、797.74。恶性肿瘤的前5位死因,全部人群与男性均依次是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、食管癌,女性依次肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、肠癌。因恶性肿瘤导致减寿28294.50人年,减寿率为14.78‰。[结论]金州区居民恶性肿瘤死亡率208.73/10万,引起死亡的恶性肿瘤主要是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、食管癌。

[Objective] To understand the impact of cancer on the health and life among residents in Jinzhou District of Dalian,to provide scientific basis for further cancer prevention.[Methods]Cancer mortality data were analyzed among residents in Jinzhou District from 2006 to 2009.[Results]From 2006 to 2009,there were 3 996 cases of death due to cancer,the average annual mortality rate was 208.73/105,and the standardized mortality rate was 117.31/105.The annual cancer mortality rate（/105）for men and women was 261.09,156.67;20 years old,20 years old-,40 years old-,≥ 60 years of age were 6.13,17.48,160.01,797.74.The top five of cancer death followed by all people and men have lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,colon cancer,esophageal cancer,women followed by lung cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer.Life Lost Due to 28 294.50 person-years for malignant cause,Life Lost rate was 14.78 ‰.[Conclusion]The cancer mortality 208.73/105 among residents in Jinzhou District,the main causes of death were lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,colon cancer,esophageal cancer.
