高唐县“构建无结核病和谐校园”项目实施前后中学生结核病知识知晓率调查

Survey on High School Students' Tuberculosis Knowledge before and after "Building a Harmonious Campus Free of Tuberculosis" in Gaotang County

[目的]了解高唐县和谐校园项目实施前后中学生结核病防治知识知晓率情况。[方法]项目实施前及项目实施后均采取整群抽样的方法,在高唐县实验中学抽取初中二年级学生648人,进行结核病知识问卷调查。[结果]肺结核病是由什么引起的,项目实施前中学生回答正确率49.1%,项目实施后正确率99.2%;学生在学校结核病宣传教育中应该怎样做,项目实施前回答正确率39.0%,项目实施后回答正确率99.8%;项目实施前中学生结核病防治知识总知晓率47.7%,项目实施后中学生结核病防治知识总知晓率98.2%,学生结核病知识知晓率在项目实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]通过实施"构建无结核病和谐校园"项目学生结核病防治知识知晓率明显提高。

[Objective] To find out high school students＇ awareness of TB prevention and control before and after ＂ Harmonious campus in Gaotang＂.[Methods]By the method of spot check,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 648 students in the second year of Junior High School in Gaotang.[Results]On the question of ＂What causes the Tuberculosis＂,only 49.1% of the students knew the right answer before the project,after the project,the result wass 99.2%;On the question of ＂what should you do in the project of free of tuberculosis＂,the right answer accounted for 39.0% before the project and it increased to 99.8% after the project.Before the project the awareness rate of how to control the tuberculosis was 47.7%,and it was 98.2% after the project.There was a significant difference,P0.01.[Conclusion]After the project of Building a Harmonious Campus Free of Tuberculosis,the students＇knowledge of how to prevent the tuberculosis has improved obviously.
